Description
This philatelic album contains a Post Office First Day Cover commemorating the Churchill Centenary, postmarked Birmingham 9 OCT 1974. The cover features four UK postage stamps depicting Sir Winston Churchill: 4 1/2p, 5 1/2p, 8p, and 10p. The cover is addressed by hand and depicts Blenheim Palace. The album is blue, possibly vinyl, and contains multiple protected pages with the contents housed in clear plastic sleeves. It appears to be in good, well-preserved condition from the mid-1970s and bears an orange sticker marked “448.”
