Description
A hammerless side-by-side double-barreled shotgun, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. The firearm features a dark-grained wooden stock and forend, both with checkered panels. Metal components include two parallel barrels, an engraved receiver, and a double-trigger mechanism with a trigger guard. The receiver is clearly inscribed “WILLIAM TRYON & SON” above “260 BROADWAY N.Y.”
