Description
A sterling silver necklace featuring an ornate, hinged locket pendant, commonly referred to as a purse locket. The pendant, with its semi-circular lid and rectangular body, is extensively decorated with repoussé or stamped motifs, including a central floral design on the lid and a repeating pattern of ovoid shapes on the body. The interior of the lid is clearly marked “925 S”, indicating sterling silver. The necklace is completed by a multi-strand chain with a lobster claw clasp.
Chain length: 33 cm (13 inches) when doubled from clasp to pendant.
