Description
A pair of 2024 GB Royal Mail Spice Girls First Day Covers. Each cover features six “1st” class commemorative stamps depicting the British pop group “Spice Girls” at various performances and in individual portraits, alongside the text “GIRL POWER.” Both covers are postmarked “FIRST DAY OF ISSUE – MAIDENHEAD – 11.1.2024” and bear the “SPICE GIRLS” logo. Accompanying these are two pink-backed information sheets made of cardstock, also branded “SPICE GIRLS,” which feature a group photograph and extensive English text detailing the group’s history, from their formation in 1994, their hit “Wannabe,” and their influence up to the 2012 London Olympic Games.
