g Edward VII (1901-10), gold Half-Sovereign, 1910, bare head right, De S. below for engraver George W De Saulles, legend surrounding, EDWARDVS VII D: G: BRITT: OMN: REX F: D: IND: IMP:, rev. St George slaying the dragon right, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right of exergue for designer Benedetto Pistrucci, 3.97g (Hill 513; Bull EGC 1429; MCE 639; S.3974B). Toned with some residual dirt both sides and wear, almost very fine.
Condition report:
The Latin legend translates on obverse as Edward the Seventh by the Grace of God, King of all the Britons, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India.
