St George slaying the dragon right, WWP under lance, Mint letter P at centre of ground-line, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right of exergue for designer Benedetto Pistrucci, 7.98g (Bentley 862; Hill 255; Bull EGC 1883; S.4001). Once cleaned, digs in front of face, almost extremely fine.
