DEF., rev. designed by Rod Kelly In the centre a portrait of the engineer with segments of a wheel and bridge in the background surrounded by links of a heavy chain and the date ‘2006’ and the denomination ‘TWO POUNDS’ above, edge inscription ‘1806 -1859 ISAMBARD KINGDOM BRUNEL ENGINEER’, rev. designed by Robert Evans, centre section of the roof of Paddington Station with ‘BRUNEL’ below and the date ‘2006’ and the denomination ‘TWO POUNDS’, edge inscription ‘SO MANY IRONS IN THE FIRE’, 15.97g each (S.
