George IV (1820-30), silver Halfcrown, 1821, first laureate head left, raised B.P. below neck for engraver Benedetto Pistrucci, legend surrounding, GEORGIUS IIII D:G: BRITANNIAR: REX F: D: rev. crowned lightly garnished quartered shield of arms, rose below, shamrocks to right with raised W W and P at centre of each, thistle to left with seven fronds to left side of left leaf, ANNO and 1821 to either side below, edge milled, 14.10g (ESC 631; Bull 2360; Davies 171 dies 1A; S.3807). Slabbed and graded by NGC as MS62.

NGC Certification 4861790-016The Latin legends translates on obverse as George the Fourth, by the Grace of God, King of the Britons, Defender of the Faith, and on reverse as in the year 1821.
