Excellent condition. The cardstock is clean and crisp with sharp corners and edges. There are no visible folds, creases, or tears. A single, very small, faint yellowish spot of foxing or minor staining is present in the centre, situated just above the signature. The item is currently housed in a protective plastic sleeve.
