The card is in excellent, fine condition, presenting as crisp and well-preserved. It is printed on white, slightly textured heavy cardstock. There is one very minor, faint brown spot of foxing visible just below and to the left of the signature. There are no visible tears, creases, or folds. The item is currently housed in a clear protective plastic sleeve.
