The item is in excellent, near mint condition. The cardstock remains bright white with no evidence of foxing, yellowing, or age-related toning. The corners are sharp and free from bumping. The signature is clear and well-preserved. The item is currently housed in a clear plastic protective sleeve which has prevented any surface wear or soiling.
