Description

This is a modern Special Edition commemorative collector’s card honouring the Hawker Hurricane aircraft and the Royal Air Force No. 261 Squadron. Produced in the late 20th or early 21st century, the card features a clean, double-lined border and is hand-signed in blue ink by Squadron Leader W.E. Pearce. Text at the left margin reads: This Special Edition card has been personally signed by a Veteran who flew the Hawker Hurricane while serving with No. 261 Squadron in South East Asia. Dimensions: 152 mm x 102 mm.
