Description
A modern commemorative special edition autograph card featuring the Bristol Blenheim aircraft and No. 219 Squadron of the Royal Air Force. The card is hand-signed in blue ink by Flight Lieutenant William Terrence Michael (W.T.M.) Clark, DFM. Clark was a distinguished Battle of Britain veteran who served as an air gunner and observer with No. 219 Squadron, a night fighter unit. At the time of his death in 2020, he was one of the last surviving members of the aircrew known as The Few. The card features blue printed text within a double-line border, including the squadron motto From dusk till dawn and a printed testimonial confirming the signature’s authenticity. Condition report:
Excellent condition. The card remains crisp and clean with sharp corners. There is no visible foxing, staining, or yellowing to the white cardstock. The signature is bold and well-preserved. Currently housed in a clear protective sleeve.
